广州市城市更新局LOGO设计提案

2015年3月，广州市城市更新局正式挂牌成立，作为政府机构改革新成立的政府部门之一。城市更新局将原市“三旧”改造工作办公室的职责、市政府有关部门关于统筹城乡人居环境改善的职责一并纳入，在原“三旧”办的基础上，增加了完善城市基础设施公建配套、改善人居环境、提升城市功能的内涵要求。该局职能包括：制定城市更新配套政策；编制城市更新工作方案与计划；组织城市更新项目实施与监管；审核城市更新项目方案、统筹资金平衡；集中办理城市更新市级权限范围内的审批事项的服务工作；指导、协调、监督各区的城市更新工作。
广州市城市更新局的成立，开创了国家中心城市以更新改造推进城市可持续发展的新路径，探索建立了城市低效存量建设用地盘活利用的新机制，也标志着广州城市更新工作进入一个崭新的、常态化发展阶段。
